摘要

The Na2Zr(PO4)(2) with morphologies of microflower or square-like sheet were prepared from phosphate solution and zirconium oxychloride by hydrothermal treatment at 180 degrees C for a short time. It was found that the different phosphate solution conditions played a vital role in crystal growth of Na2Zr(PO4)(2). The morphology, structure and composition of the products were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transforms Infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The obtained Na2Zr(PO4)(2) had well ion exchange property and was easily converted to crystalline zirconium hydrogen phosphate with multilayer structure, which could be used in intercalation chemistry and as catalyst. Thus, it also provided a novel route to prepared crystalline zirconium hydrogen phosphate. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
