摘要

In this paper, fluoroaluminate-tellurite glasses were fabricated by introducing TeO2 into the fluoroaluminate glass. The thermal stability of the fluoroaluminate-tellurite glass as a function of the TeO2 concentrations were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The 2.7 mu m emission of Er3+ ions in fluoroaluminate-tellurite glass was investigated: tau can reach to 1.34 ms and emission bandwidth is more than 150 nm. In conclusion, fluoroaluminate-tellurite glass is proposed to be a promising material for 2.7 mu m fiber lasers. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
