摘要

This paper presents free-standing flexible conductive silver submicron fiber networks prepared by electrospinning. Fused junctions of silver fibers naturally form by heat process and result in high conductivity of silver fiber networks. Transparent electrodes made of electrospun silver fiber networks can achieve sheet resistance of 3 Omega sq(-1) at 78% transparency and show excellent flexibility, of which the sheet resistance increases by only 50% after 500 bending cycles with a bending radius of 0.8 mm. The study provides a way to fabricate low-cost flexible conductive silver fiber networks that can be used in displays and solar cells. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
