New pontoon for Gravesend Town Pier

A new pontoonand brow in which Opus International Consultants provided the engineering design, has been successfully installed off Town Pier at Gravesend in Kent UK. The pontoon is a floating landing stage to provide berthing and passenger access for the Gravesend -Tilbury Ferry. It was commissioned for Gravesham Council and is designed to accommodate the Waverley paddle steamer, as well as other vessels.
