Sanmar Shipyards is refl ecting on achallenging but productive 2020, delivering avessel almost every two weeks.The whole industry has been affected by theCovid-19 pandemic but 2020 was still a recordyear for Sanmar who delivered 30 tugs, 13 ofwhich were for overseas clients, including 10for Turkish operators, seven of which joinedSanmar’s own fleet. Overseas customers forthe vessels, all Robert Allan Ltd designs werefrom: Canada, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Oman,Panama, Seychelles, UAE and UK.
