Space- and cost efficiency in yachtbuilding needs improving. "Yacht builders can learn a lot from the automotive industry.rnYachts, like cars, are means of personal transportation. An important aim of the design is to make this transport as comfortable and safe as possible. Space in the vehicle or vessel is always limited, no matter how big the car of yacht gets.
