Bureau Ueritas opens marine offshore section in Rotterdam International class society Bureau Veritas have opened a marine offshore section at the Rotterdam Plan Approval office in April of this year. The main activities of this section will consist of document review of structures, stability, machinery, electricity, safety / MODU code, and performing technical studies. Bureau Veritas provide one-stop service and innovative solutions in HSQE management, whatever the asset, product or business sector. The company has a worldwide presence and global network of survey centres and plan approval offices situated in 13 countries in the main maritime regions. The group was created in 1828 and has around 48.000 employees.
