Next year, Shipyard De Hoop shall celebrate its 130th anniversary. Over the years, the yard has always focused on custom-build sea-going vessels as well as inland vessels. Shipyard De Hoop operates From 10.5 hectares yard De Hoop Lobith, on the eastern side of the Netherlands. On this yard the 150 employees are often complemented by 100-150 regularly hired shipbuilders and off course the many suppliers and subcontractors, who have on-site offices and facilities in the yard.
