NORDICTO ACQUIRE PART OF CUPPER GROUP

Nordic Tankers A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark, recently signed a conditional agreement to acquire parts of the chemical tanker operations of Clipper Group A/S, Copenhagen. Under an issuance of new shares, Clipper will also become a major shareholder of Nordic Tankers, with an about 30% interest.Nordic will become a global operator of some 70 chemical and product tankers. The agreement is expected to close in early January 2010.
