That's how Monty Bludworth, assistant general manager at Bollinger Texas City, Texas City, Tex., describes the dry docking of the historic three-masted tall ship Elissa. The vessel is an iron-hulled barque maintained by the Galveston Historical Society for the Texas Seaport Museum. Declared a National Historic Landmark, the Elissa was built in 1877 in Aberdeen, Scotland by Alexander Hall & Company.
