Alfa Laval expands fluid handling portfolio

Submerged pumping systems manufacturer Frank Mohn has signed a NOK 13bn agreement to join the Alfa Laval family. The deal, which is subject to approval from regulatory authorities, includes the acquisition of the 'Framo' brand. "Frank Mohn is a company that we have been following closely for several years.
