Ⅱ. Burst Rupture Disks for the Main Engine Start Air Line

When the captioned vessel tried to start her main engine in order to leave her anchorage for berthing, the main engine failed to start. Subsequent inspection by the crew revealed that the main engine start air line's seven rupture disks for all cylinders had burst.
