This report covers the new confectionery and related products - new to the individual company - that were exhibited at the National Confectioners Association's 2001 All Candy Expo in Chicago, Illinois, USA. In addition to the strong American presence, a number of international confectioners also exhibited their product lines. Many of the international products appeared in the April 2001 Manufacturing Confectioner and will not be repeated here. Many thanks go to the exhibitors for sharing the information in this report.
