Golden Peanut Co. has launched two new Organic Peanut Flours, a 28% fat medium roast and a 12% fat dark roast. Both can be used in confections, nutritional bars or any other food product where a roasted peanut flavor, texture or aroma would be desirable. Organic Roasted Aromatic Peanut Oil can be used as a base for peanut flavor systems or as a salad or cooking oil. It can also be added directly to any food product to boost the peanut flavor of that food. Both product lines are Organic Crop Improvement Association International (OCIA) certified and kosher.
