PMCA Production Conference

PMCA will hold its 62nd Annual Production Conference April 7-9,2008, at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania. The ninth installment of the Back to Basics training series, The Technology & Manufacture of Sugarfree Confections, will feature live cooking demonstrations, audience samples and a Q&A troubleshooting panel discussion.
