Practical techniques of chocolate making will be taught during the next Retail Confectioners International Chocolate Boot Camp to be held February 22-25, 2016. Students will get hands-on experi- ence in tempering, chocolate selection, enrobing and other topics at the new location, Fascia's Chocolates, in Waterbury, Connecticut.
