Pam Gesford will receive the 2017 Stroud Jordan award from the American Association of Candy Technologists. The award will be presented at a banquet on Tuesday, October 3, in Oak Brook, Illinois, during the National Technical Seminar. Gesford is staff scientist, food research & technology (refreshments) at the Hershey Company. Prior roles include senior consultant at Knechtel, technology manager at Perfetti Van Melle, tech service manager at ColorCon, R&D manager at Jelly Belly and various product development roles at Hershey.
