Editorial

摘要

This is the first issue of Management and Organizational History (MOH) to be brought to press under my tenure as editor-in-chief. In taking on this role, I'm acutely conscious of the debt owed to my predecessors, notably Mick Rowlinson and most recently Franco Amatori. I offer my profound thanks and appreciation for all their work, and will strive to build on their considerable achievements. In doing so, I will not be alone. I am fortunate to be supported by an outstanding team of Senior Editors who not only share the workload of guiding individual papers through the review process, but also act as an editorial team, helping to steer the journal along a consistent intellectual path. Three of these Senior Editors, Dan Wadhwani, Asli Colpan and Michelangelo Vasta, have been in place since 2013. I can also announce two new additions to the team, Veronica Binda and Christina Lubinski. Collectively, we will work to ensure that the journal continues to pursue its core objectives and retains its clear sense of intellectual identity.
