Application of lac dye on Tasar Silk Fabrics - An experimental study

摘要

Lac dye has been applied on extensively Mulbery silk. This is a natural dye. Tasar, being a smaller section of silk industry in India, has not been given adequate emphasis on improved processing using natural dye. An experimental study of application of Lac dye on Tasar silk has been reported here.
