It is further concluded from the above study, that Rein wardtia flowers can be effectively used for dyeing of silk yarn using mordants in combination. Other authors Gogoi and Kaiita (1999), Singh et al. (2001, 2003), Pruthi et al. (2008) also reported that silk can be dyed using dyes from natural resources and wide range of shades can be obtained by using various mordants with different concentrations and combinations.
