India allocates ?120bn for TUFS in 12th five-year-plan

The 12th Plan allocates ?12077.80 crores for TUFS with focus on the weaving sector, TUFS assistance of interest subvention or for margin money is bank led and in the 12th Plan is available to any industrial unit from spinning, weaving, processing, silk, jute, wool,cotton ginning & pressing, technical textiles or garmenting industries which desire to invest in technology up gradation and get the requisite approval from the Bank on its project proposal.
