There are but a few plants which are consumed from root to fruit; the most common being Banana and Coconut. Almost all parts of these trees (herbs) are widely used for medicinal, food and other multipurpose uses. Another such plant is Moringa oleifera which is a plant that is often called the drumstick tree, the miracle tree, the ben oil tree, or the horseradish tree. Moringa, popularly known as Drumstick, has been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. It also has antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Although, if, intensely cultivated moringa can resemble a bush, under normal circumstances, moringa is one very miraculous, beautiful tree! It is native to India but is widely used in developing nations.
