Jose Garcia was born in the arid border city of Mexicali, Mexico. The hot desert province is home to a diverse group of people, and is also the home to a burgeoning lowrider culture, of which Jose's family and friends are a part of. Jose was exposed to it at a very early age, witnessing firsthand the building and cruising of these awesome custom machines, Jose can remember many holidays filled with vacationing or returning lowriders that would come to the area to visit family and friends. Jose remembers seeing them hitting switches as they drove through the neighborhood streets.
