Solitos 2nd annual car show

The summer air graced the early morning of June 28,2009, and the day was off to the perfect start. Bright blue skies, warm temperatures, and a BBQ smell in the air meant only one thing; Lowriders were going to unite. This beautiful summer day became a fitting backdrop for the Solitos Car Club 2nd Annual Car Show. The event brought together a gathering of some of the most respected Lowriders from Indy, Chi-town, Northern Illinois and Milwaukee. Lowrider events are scarce in this area, and it's safe to say that the city of Chicago hadn't experienced a show like this in a very long time.
