The Nigerian Communications Commission and the Digital Bridge Institute: First South-South Zonal Advanced Digital Appreciation Workshop For Tertiary Institutions

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) in collaboration with the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), Abuja, organised and co-sponsored their first zonal workshop on Advanced Digital Appreciation for lecturers from Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education in the South-South zone of Nigeria. The workshop took place between 16 and 20 October 2006 at the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo-State.
