Draft Release 4 of the COUNTER Code of Practice for e-Resources Now Available

The Draft Release 4 of the COUNTER Code of Practice for e-Resources is now available for comment and may be accessed on the COUNTER web site at:　This new Release has been developed with input from vendors, librarians and intermediaries. Release 4 is a single, integrated Code of Practice covering journals, databases and books, as well as multimedia content.
