The Civil Justice Council (CJC) working group has produced its report on "Fixed Recoverable Costs in Lower Value Clinical Negligence Claims" which has come up with a number of proposals. However, it admitted: "The majority of the working group had been able to agree on some things, but not to conclude an agreement on the level of fixed recoverable costs."
