Porvair Internationalhave bought the Endura business of Eagle Ottawa Canada Ltd and will merge it with Permair Leathers Inc to form a new North American operation trading as Permair Leathers Ltd. The new company, in Acton, Ontario, commenced trading on April 3. The Permair Leather facility in Salem, Massachusetts, is closing and all activities are being transferred.
