Change of editors

摘要

The term appointment for editors of The Leadership Quarterly is six years. I was appointed editor in January 2005 and will complete my editorial term in December 2010. The new editor who has been selected to replace me is Dr. Leanne Atwater, professor of management at the University of Houston. Dr. Atwater's name will be listed on The Leadership Quarterly's masthead as incoming editor beginning January 2011. She will begin receiving manuscripts as editor this September 2010. In the interim, Dr. Atwater will be serving as action editor on a select subset of new submissions to allow her to try out some requisite changes in manuscript management procedures.
