Sorry, bad news: there aren't any. But the news is good, too: there aren't any. The secrets to leadership aren't secrets at all. They're lessons and ideas and strategies most of us already know (or should know) but ignore: Listen more than you talk. Simple is better than complicated. Open your mind-let ideas in. Ignore titles, especially your own. Hire someone smarter than you. Mean what you say. Don't look backward-there's nothing there. Everyone has a boss, even the boss.
