Amino powers first wireless IPTV connected homes in Latin America

Amino, an IPTV platform supplier, announced that Telefonica del Sur (Telsur), a provider of Internet-based multimedia and communication services in Chile, has selected the AmiNETHO IPTV set-top box (STB) to deliver pure IPTV services to thousands of its customers in the region. Telsur is distributing the AmiNETHO via Wi-Fi, creating the first wireless in-home multimedia solution in Latin America.
