Colombia's Council of State has found in favor of state-run operator ETB in a long-running conflict with mobile operator Claro over interconnection charges, declaring a COP 54.4 billion award null and void. Telesemana reports that the Council of State ruled that the Bogota chamber of commerce arbitration had no jurisdiction in the matter and that it was up to Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) to resolve the dispute.
