WiMAX firm Last Mile Communications to change hands

Bahamas-based watchdog the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) has confirmed that it has received a 'simplified notification of a proposed transaction' between Last Mile Communications (LMC) and VosCom. If approved, all outstanding LMC shares will be transferred to VosCom. URCA has invited any interested parties to submit feedback regarding the proposed change in ownership for its consideration.
