Chile's GTD expands B2B partnership with Netcracker

Netcracker has announced a contract to expand its partnership with telecommunications group GTD with the addition of the latest BSS and OSS features to digitize the customer experience and automate order and fulfillment processes. Gtd was already using Netcracker Digital BSS and Netcracker Digital OSS and is now able to introduce new revenue-generating services to its customers more quickly while delivering customer support and care, said the software provider.
