Telefonica expands internet access resale service to over 30 countries

Telefonica's wholesale unit TIWS said its internet access resale service has been expanded to over 30 countries in Latin America and Europe, allowing local operators to enhance their connectivity portfolio to locations outside their direct footprint. The company also announced a new service model called Broadband for Business for accesses that don't require service-level agreements or guaranteed bandwidth. The aim is to enable TIWS to offer its internet access service at two different commercial levels depending on the functionalities required by the customer, said the company.
