Televisa sells Ocesa stake to Live Nation for MXN 5.5 billion

Mexican broadcaster and cable operator Grupo Televisa announced the sale of its 40 percent stake in Ocesa Entretenimiento, one of Latin America's top promoters of live events and owner of Ticketmaster Mexico, to Live Nation Entertainment for a total of MXN 5.56 billion. Televisa said it will receive MXN 5.206 billion for the stake, as well as a dividend of around MXN 350 million on or before closing.
