This is a scary time for small businesses today with all that we must com ply with in this new permit and fee driven society. I don't believe this was the intent to start with, however, today you need a permit or license to do most any kind of a job, even on your own property. You are limited in what you can legally do, beginning with the kind of a sign you would like to put up and where you can install it.
