James Construction crews were originally tasked to provide project-wide erosion control for the Sunrise Powerlink Project that would connect the SDG&E substation in El Centro, California, with their substation in Mira-mar, 120 miles of 500 & 230 kV power lines would link San Diego to the Imperial Valley, which has the highest concentration of renewable energy projects in California.
