Since the spring Journal was published I have had to step back from the busy schedule I described in Association News. Some of you will have heard that I became unwell and went into hospital where it was discovered that I had a brain tumour. I am glad to say that I am on the road to recovery -I am home and already three weeks (at the time of writing) into my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment after the operation-and feeling good at the moment. Lots of sleep and rest are helping. The consultants are very pleased with my positive attitude.
