Enhanced Covariance Spectroscopy from Minimal Datasets

Speeding up of multidimensional NMR spectroscopy has received significant attention recently,spurred by the vast demands of the rapidly expanding fields of structural genomics and metabo-lomics.Numerous approaches have been proposed,some of which take advantage of the sparse peak distribution of NMR spectra in multiple dimensions.The widely used TOCSY,COSY,and NOESY spectra can be considerably crowded,and the minimal measurement time is often limited by resolution rather than sensitivity.
