摘要

The current density-cell voltage curves of systems (-)Cu/CuSO_4, H_2O/Cu(+) and (-)Cu/CuSO_4, H_2SO_4, H_2O/PbO_2(+) were recorded in a cell with parallel plate electrodes for different inter-electrode distances and different distances between the edges of the electrodes and the side walls of the cell. A simple mathematical model describing the current density-cell voltage relationship is proposed. A very good agreement between the experimental results and calculated results is obtained indicating the validity of the proposed model.
