摘要

Management of Information Technology (IT) by the business has evolved into a complex process comprising diverse incentives, multiplicities of dynamic capabilities and multiple dimensions. Issues on the management of IT within the business include policy dimensions on the national information infrastruc- ture, IT education, social productivity, and information regarding social impacts, and resource mobilization. IT within the business cannot remain departmentalized Information System (IS).
