摘要

Spinel ltihium manganese oxides LiMn_1.6M_0.4O_4 (M = Mn, Co, Cr, Ni) for th ecathode materials of the ithium ion secondary batteries were studied by electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS). Th eELNES spectra at Mn L-and O K-edge of the extracted lithium or substituted to Mn 16d site with third cations were successfully obtained.
