Defra consults on amendments to the packaging waste regime

This consultation seeks views on proposals by Defra, the Scottish Government and the Welsh Assembly Government, on a number of changes to producer responsibility regime for packaging waste, set out in the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (as amended). Northern Ireland is subject to separate regulations, namely The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
