Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Wales): New Commencement Order

DCLG has published the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2012.~1 The order comes into force on April 30, 2012 and applies to Wales only. It brings into force the following provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 in so far as they are not already in force: 1.Section 40 and Sch. 1 (local development orders). 2.Section 41 (effect of revision or revocation of development order on incomplete development).
