From the Editor

Dear Colleagues: Greetings! This issue marks my last Editorial Letter as Editor of the Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management (JPSSM). It has been an interesting three years. While there have been some stressful times worrying about submissions, issue deadlines conflicting with travel schedules, changes in editorial assistants, and other issues that surround the academic schedule and lifestyle, overall, it has been a pleasure to work with authors, reviewers, and the editorial team at M.E. Sharpe to help continue to move JPSSM forward and into greater international recognition. I thank a number of people-some by name and others only by category (because of their number)- who have helped make the Journal happen over the last three years. First, I thank the two preceding Editors, Ken Evans and Greg Marshall, for all their help, support, and advice during my term as Editor. Their advice concerning journal issues made the job much easier and helped keep the Journal on track and on schedule. Second, I would like to express my appreciation for my two editorial assistants, who worked with the journal at different times, Benjamin King and Hyeon Seong Yun. Their assistance with the daily processing of papers, printing files, organizing my work, and generally keeping me on track and on schedule was invaluable. Those of you who dealt with these two gentlemen know of their courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
