摘要

V-P-Co-Ce-O multi-component metal oxide impregnated on the mesoporous γ-al_2O_3 membrane was prepared by impregnation method and was applied to a non-fuel cell type catalytic membrane reactor for the study of the n-butane oxidation to maleic anhydride. The influences of reaction temperature, the flow rate of eactants, the volume ratio of feedstock and the sweeping gas flow rate on the catalytic reaction were investigated. The stability of the membrane reactor was also examined. Compared with a fixed bed reactor, the catalytic membrane reactor gave better n-butane conversions and maleic anhydride selectivities.
