摘要

The synthesis of methanol in slurry-phase was carried out at 383 K and initial pressure of 5.0 Mpa using sodium methoxide as the Carbonylation catalyst and unreduced Cu-Cr oxides as the hydrogenolysis Catalyst. The latter was prepared by three methods, i.e., A: simply mixing CuO and Cr_2O_3; B: co-precipitation method; C: a new method. The results Indicate that he catalyst prepared by method A has no activity, that by Method C has higher activity than that by method B. The product selectivity Of catalyst prepared by method C can be enhanced by adding a third metal component to the catalyst. By adding Co, Ag, La and ZrO_2, the selectivity to Methanol is increased; but by adding Mn, Ba and Mg, the selectivity to methyl Formate is higher than that of methanol.
