Public transport makes the planet breathe but who will pay for it?

Climate funds can help achieve UITP's strategy to double the public transport market share worldwide by 2025 in both the developed and developing world.There is little doubt in most people's minds - from the average man or woman on the street to major political figures -that we need to decarbonise our world economy and reduce our use of non-renewable resources. The questions to ask are how quickly we can de-carbonise the global economy to avoid dangerous climate change and is how quickly we must do so.
