摘要

Half parts of Japan islands are covered by snow. Many cities con- tinued inquiry to overcome snow disaster and to utilize it. Electric generation is studied in the methods of temperature difference and thermo-siphon. These imagined the conbination of snow and geothermal heat and others as a heat sources. In thermo-siphon, a volatile gas is liquefied at high level and gener- ated as the same hydroelectric power plant. The hights of pipe is controlled mainly by the wight of its gas.
